I have been a therapist since 2003, offering a non-judgemental and safe environment to my clients. I work with many different types of people who are navigating life changes in order to help them transition from surviving to thriving.
I am also passionate about yoga and have been teaching since 1996.
I work with a range of clients from young adults onwards presenting with various life challenges. I specialise in relationships, family systems, grief, career re-evaluation, depression, overwhelm, anxiety, addictions, co-dependency, and abuse. At pivotal points in life, we are required to make changes, and, at times, difficult choices. I advocate the shift from surviving to thriving!
I started my professional journey in 1996 at Regent’s University London. I hold a three-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy and a two-year professional training in Bert Hellinger's Systemic and Family Systems Constellations. I also hold qualifications in Encounter Centre Couples Therapy and Adlerian Counselling.
As a member of the BACP, I work within its ethical framework, ensuring confidentiality and respect. I always hold my clients’ best interests at heart.
Additionally, I have been studying, practicing, and teaching yoga since 1996. This has been a transformative and powerful path of my personal learning and growth.
I have been researching and studying the body-mind connection for over three decades. I am a trained Iyengar teacher and have further expanded my practice by training in four other schools of yoga. This includes Yoga Therapy Essentials and teaching yoga to children.
